BLUE BADGE CAR PARKING

A blue badge car park will operate at the event. Spaces within the blue badge carpark must be pre-booked. Please use this form to apply here.

VIEWING PLATFORMS

Viewing Platforms are provided for those who require them. Platforms are located at the main stages at the event. Each viewing platform user will be entitled to one additional pass for use by one friend or Personal Assistant at a time. Please use this form to apply here.

TOILETS

Accessible toilets are located at each Viewing Platform and also behind the Welfare Tent. They will also be allocated at each toilet block.

LOWERED BARS

Lowered sections of bars are offered where possible at bars at the event. Traders will offer an alternative serving policy if a lowered counter is not made available. Please ask our staff for help.

SEATING

The shows are standing only. There is some seating across the site however this is limited and is within picnic areas only. If seating is compulsory to your enjoyment of the event due to medical circumstances we are able to make exceptions. Please seek permission in advance by contacting info@wideawakelondon.co.uk

LIGHTS

Due to the nature of the event there will be flashing lights and strobe effects on all stages. Lasers may be used for some performances.

ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE

Both General Admission entrances at Wide Awake have 1.2m wide or greater entrance lanes at each.

QUIET SPACE

This is a space that people can use when they need to get away from the crowd for a while. It is located in the Welfare Tent.

HIDDEN DISABILITIES

We understand that a hidden disability is not immediately apparent. If you would like support or advice inside Wide Awake our Access Manager will be the main point of contact and is based at the Welfare tent. Or please contact us in advance with your questions info@wideawakelondon.co.uk

ASSISTANCE DOGS

We welcome assistance dogs to the event, as long as they have been specifically trained to assist with your impairment, only toilet in a designated spending area and behave in a way that is appropriate around other customers. If you are planning to bring your assistance dog, we ask that you let us know by completing the online form in advance here so we can give you any necessary information and to enable us to plan to ensure you have the best experience possible)

EVENT SPACE AND SITE

The event is on a green-field site, although there are some tarmac tracks these do not run into the stages (which all stand on grass). Weather and ground conditions may be variable.

PERSONAL ASSISTANCE TICKETS

A personal assistance ticket is made available to customers requiring assistance in order to attend the event. If you require a PA ticket please purchase your own ticket and then apply for a PA ticket using this link here.
