Covid Policy

Whilst we’re increasingly optimistic about the return of ‘normality’ for live events from Summer next year, customer experience and safety remains our utmost priority, so we will of course be preparing and planning for all eventualities.

We will continue to review guidance issued relating to Covid-19 and will ensure necessary safety measures will be in place for the public to safely attend an event.

Covid-19 mitigation measures for the 2021 event will be made available at a later date, please check back the Wide Awake website and social channels nearer the time of the event for further information.

REFUND POLICY

In the unlikely event of the September event being cancelled due to Covid restrictions, we will reschedule the event to June 2022 and transfer your tickets over or refund the face value of the ticket price.

Please only buy tickets from our official ticket partners like SEE Tickets or Dice. We have no control over secondary ticket outlets that will sell at inflated prices like Viagogo, StubHub etc.
