We wanted to follow up on the information we sent out with regards to the rescheduling of Wide Awake. We’re really grateful for the positive emails, messages and posts we’ve been getting since the initial announcement was made. Thank you.
We hope that you are all safe, healthy and navigating your way through the current circumstances as best you can, it’s a really challenging time for so many sections of society.
Wide Awake will return on 4 June 2021.
We will of course present an unforgettable line up of music to the same high standards that we offered this year. We are in ongoing talks with all of the artists from this year’s event and a big portion have already committed to playing Wide Awake next summer.
We really hope that you too can join us.
If you are able to do so we ask that you please consider retaining your Wide Awake ticket for next June. Wide Awake is a small festival, a collaboration of independent music fans. Retaining your ticket for next year’s event will be an enormous help to us as we continue working towards next year. We promise to deliver a fantastic event in 2021.
As a thank you, anyone who retains their ticket for next year will receive their first drink free at Wide Awake next June.
In addition, those people who retain tickets will also be entered into monthly prize draws to win some of our favourite artist albums on vinyl, a selection of artists merchandise, concert tickets and many other prizes.
If you cannot attend next year’s festival or need your ticket refunded, we completely understand. Refund applications can only be accepted via the refund form, please click here to make your submission.
Refund information will be collected until May 28th, after this point we will be unable to commit to processing any further refunds. Please note that booking fees will be lost if you request a refund, as these are taken by the ticket companies rather than by us and their Terms and Conditions specify these will not be returned in the event of a refund.
We are sincerely grateful for your understanding.
Take care and keep safe,
The Wide Awake Team
